The two designer homes are situated at the Coast Broadwater in historic Labrador, about ten minutes up the road from Surfers Paradise. Two Apartments in the Coast Broadwater

Apartment 1103 is the bigger of the two and located just under the building’s top floor with spectacular views of the beach, coast and ocean. It’s a true corner apartment, meaning you can enjoy the sights from two sides of your alfresco balcony and the fully glazed living area. Six people can fit comfortably around the alfresco table and there’s a BBQ out there for casual meals under the stars. You’ll have no shortage of places to get outside with balconies off the lounge and study as well.

Inside, the open-space living area has a wide lounge, a classy dining room and a very big kitchen. You’ll find it has the full range of upscale appliances and plenty of cupboards and counter space. There’s also an enclosed home office beyond the kitchen where you can check up on your social media or do a little work from home. Apartment 204 has a slightly different layout but also features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a roomy alfresco balcony.
