Many lottery winners are torn between moving into their new home or renting it out to secure a nice second income. In this draw from the Mater Foundation, you can do both. On offer are two luxurious beachfront apartments in the same building, meaning you can have your cake and eat it too.

The two designer homes are situated at the Coast Broadwater in historic Labrador, about ten minutes up the road from Surfers Paradise. They’re right across from the beach and conveniently located to all the attractions, fine dining and entertainment venues of the Gold Coast. If you’re looking for something special and could use an extra pay cheque every month, you need to take a closer look at this outstanding draw.

Two Apartments in the Coast Broadwater

Apartment 1103 is the bigger of the two and located just under the building’s top floor with spectacular views of the beach, coast and ocean. It’s a true corner apartment, meaning you can enjoy the sights from two sides of your alfresco balcony and the fully glazed living area. Six people can fit comfortably around the alfresco table and there’s a BBQ out there for casual meals under the stars. You’ll have no shortage of places to get outside with balconies off the lounge and study as well.

Inside, the open-space living area has a wide lounge, a classy dining room and a very big kitchen. You’ll find it has the full range of upscale appliances and plenty of cupboards and counter space. There’s also an enclosed home office beyond the kitchen where you can check up on your social media or do a little work from home. Both bedrooms are generously proportioned, with an ensuite off the master and access to another full bathroom next to the second bedroom.

Apartment 204 has a slightly different layout but also features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a roomy alfresco balcony. This home is a bit smaller because it doesn’t have a study and the main living area is also more compact. It’s a corner apartment as well, but with a single-direction view over the beach and Broadwater.

The resort-style facilities at the Coast Broadwater are excellent and include a magnificent salt-water pool, a well-equipped gym and a social area with a BBQ where residents can entertain their guests.
